We offer free shipping on all orders, with no extra fees. This includes any customs duties and taxes, which are fully covered by us.

Shipping and Fulfillment

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information. Please allow a few days for processing. Most orders will arrive within 9~14 days, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. For certain countries or regions, such as Panama and Nigeria, delivery may take 10 to 45 days.

In some cases, backorders may occur, which can delay the shipping process. We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, typically within 3 business days.

Lost Shipments

If your package is lost in transit, please notify us immediately, and we will assist you in contacting the courier to trace the whereabouts of your package. Please submit a claim to info@mjpearls.com no later than 7 calendar days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the cost of shipping a replacement order, provided the shipping address you supplied was correct. It is recommended that you also contact your local post office to help locate the lost package.

Please note that if the tracking information indicates that an order was delivered but you have not received it, we will not be responsible for reshipping the order. In such cases, any replacements would be at your expense.

Returned Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to being unclaimed or because of an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase, new shipping charges will apply for resending the order.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, no further changes can be made.
